What is CrowSpeak?
CrowSpeak is a language practice app built around daily quests. Each quest asks you to find authentic content in your target language — a video, article, podcast, or song — and respond in speech or writing. One quest per day helps you build a sustainable habit.
How do I choose a track?
When you first sign in or finish a track, you'll be prompted to choose your next one. You can also change your track at any time in Settings. Note that if you switch away from a track before finishing it, your progress in that track won't be saved.
Can I skip a quest?
Yes. Each track allows a limited number of skips. If you skip a quest, you'll move on to the next one in the track.

Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
We'd love to hear what we could do better. Reach out at support@crowspeaklanguage.com. If you'd like to cancel, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find CrowSpeak, and tap Cancel Subscription. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
If something wasn't right, let us know at support@crowspeaklanguage.com. We'd love a chance to help. If you'd like a refund, requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account & Data
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes your practice history, including all submitted text and audio. Deletion may take up to 30 days to fully propagate.
How do I download my data?
Go to Settings → Download My Data in the app to export a copy of your account data, including your profile, settings, practice history, and subscription activity.
